Saqinah: At first it was very awkward as me and Nabihan only knew few basic Chinese conversational languages and on the other hand, my buddy and his family could barely speak English. Even if we could not understand each other, it didn’t make us to continue stay quiet. Nabihan and I tried to write on paper while they used Iphone to translate any word that they want to say or ask. I am really grateful that they really tried their very best to make us feel really welcomed and even brought us to a lake where it has the most beautiful scenery in the neighbourhood. At the cultural village, I really enjoyed myself even though the weather was really chilling like freezer.
Mun Ee: During the house visit, we need not to take off our shoes when we enter our house my buddies brought us to shop along the street and went to this garden for sightseeing we also fed fishes. The fishes are much bigger than in Singapore. I also learnt about Yunnan Cultural village. I learnt the different types of tribes in China.
Purani: Today I had an awesome time spending with my buddy, Zhi Ming. We spent time together at her house and the gym. We played badminton. We were like fools jumping here and there like monkeys and making noises and cheer on others but the important thing is we had so much fun together. It was interesting trip to cultural village. I learnt so much interesting facts there.
